Our minimum cut is a half yard (18” x width of fabric).
A quantity of 1 is equivalent to 1 half yard.
Multiple units are cut continuously. For example, a quantity of 2 will be cut as one continuous yard, unless otherwise requested. This only applies to online orders.
In shop yardage can be cut as small as an 1/8 yard. We also offer individual fat quarters.

For all online orders we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
In shop we additional accept cash and personal checks that are accompanied with valid form of ID, such as a valid drivers license
I just missed a sale - will you honor the sale pricing?
Unfortunately, no, we cannot. However we suggest you follow us on Instagram and Facebook, where we post all our Sales & Promotions.
We also have an Etsy Store and pricing is slightly different since there are more fees involved.
What does SD mean?
SD stands for Smoke Damage and/or Soot Damage.
As most of you know our Brick and Mortar shop sustained smoke and water damage due the an apartment fire upstairs above Subway. We are extremely lucky that our shop did not catch on fire, most likely because of a stairwell that separates our side from the restaurant and apartments.
All the water damage was on the third floor which we used as storage and nothing of importance was kept up there, besides seasonal decorations. There were a few bolts that did get water damaged and we made the decision to just throw those away.
We would like to not throw away anymore fabrics, patterns, notions, etc. So we have marked them down up to 50% off with a minimum of 1 yard cut on fabrics on the bolt.
All items marked with SD will be non-refundable/non-exchangeable. You are purchasing them knowing that they may still have a smoke smell to them and/or soot on the selvedge & fold crease. We will not be washing these prior to shipping. We highly recommend that if you are going to use them right away that you wash the fabrics prior to use with detergent and in hot water.

I placed an order and it still hasn't shipped!
All orders ship within 2-3 Business Days, unless the items are PRE-ORDER. If so, you will see PRE-ORDER in the item title.
Some fabric bundles take an extra 1-2 days for processing as there may be a lot of fabrics to cut, since they are cut straight from the bolts.
My order contains items that are Pre-Order and items that are in stock. Why haven't my in stock items shipped yet?
All orders containing pre-order items are held until every item has arrived. If you'd like your in stock items to ship now, please place separate orders, one for all in stock items and one for pre-order items. We will not ship them separately if you only placed one order.
How do I know when Pre-Order items arrive?
In each product listing, you will see clear information on when to expect fabrics to arrive. These items are available to pre-order and the arrival date is an estimation that is subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee ship dates, especially if the manufacture changes their ship date. However, we can guarantee that we will ship your order within 2-3 of receiving the item into stock.
What is your Pre-Order policy?
Fox & Frog Quilt Shoppe will offer pre-orders on our most desirable collections. You can find these fabric collections under our Coming Soon menu option. Placing a pre-order means you are reserving fabric by paying for a listing up-front, before Fox & Frog receives this fabric in hand. Since Fox & Frog does not have the fabric in hand at the time of the pre-order, please understand that we will ship all pre-order fabrics immediately upon receiving the fabrics. The estimated date of arrival is clearly noted in each pre-order listing. Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or mis-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control. If for any reason there is an issue with your pre-order (ex: delays, missing piece, etc), we will contact you immediately to make you aware of the situation, and proceed to find a reasonable solution. Please know that all pre-order sales are final. Pre-order sales cannot be canceled, altered, traded, or combined with other orders. We appreciate your understanding. Please do not order IN STOCK items with your Pre-order; place multiple orders if other items are needed ASAP.
